1. Who we are

PawCoach is operated by MENNANI Oussama (trading as "PawCoach"), who acts as the data controller for personal data you provide. Contact: mennani.oussama@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect what we need to run the Service:

  • Your email address — for your account, sign-in, and service emails.
  • Your dog's profile — name, breed, age, weight, behaviour and training goals you enter to personalise the AI.

Payment details are collected and processed directly by Gumroad. We do not store full payment information.

3. How we use your data

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Generate personalised training plans and AI chat responses for your dog.
  • Process your subscription via Gumroad.
  • Provide support and improve the Service.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to create your account, deliver the Service, and process your subscription.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent fraud, and improve features.
  • Consent — for any optional marketing communications; you can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.

5. We never sell your data

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to run PawCoach: Gumroad (payments), hosting/infrastructure providers, AI model providers (to generate responses), and authorities where required by law.

6. Secure storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures: encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords, and role-based permissions.

7. Delete your account anytime

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where law requires retention (e.g. tax records).

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email mennani.oussama@gmail.com to exercise these rights — we respond within one month.

9. Children

PawCoach is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified via the app or email.
