1. About PawCoach
PawCoach is operated by MENNANI Oussama ("we", "us", "PawCoach"), the seller and contracting party for the Service. By creating an account or using PawCoach you agree to these Terms.
2. AI guidance, not veterinary advice
PawCoach provides AI-generated guidance for dog training and care. It is not professional veterinary advice and is not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian or certified trainer. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified professional for medical issues, aggression, or urgent concerns about your dog.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use PawCoach. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Subscription & pricing
PawCoach Pro is $9.99/month, billed monthly. A free plan is available forever — upgrade anytime for unlimited access. Secure checkout by Gumroad. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, scraping, malware, or interference with security or other users.
6. Intellectual property
PawCoach and its content are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. No reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
