Refund Policy

1. 7-day free trial — no charge

Every new PawCoach Pro subscriber gets a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you owe nothing.

2. After the trial

Once you upgrade, your subscription will be billed automatically at $9.99 per month. Payments are non-refundable after the trial has ended, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country. We strongly encourage you to cancel during the trial if PawCoach Pro is not the right fit for you.

3. Cancel anytime — keep access until period end

You can cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your Gumroad receipt email, or by contacting us. After cancellation you keep full access to PawCoach Pro until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

4. Billing errors & unauthorized charges

For billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions, contact us right away and we will work with Gumroad to make it right.

6. How payments are processed

Secure checkout by Gumroad, operating on behalf of MENNANI Oussama (PawCoach). Gumroad handles payments, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
